Features added/Issues fixed:

• Add ZynqMP IOCTL to set healthy bit. This IOCTL call will allow Linux to set boot health status

• Fixed deprecated warnings.

• Removed dead/unused secure interrupts list.

Known issues(if any):

• ATF build failure from 2018.1 SDK. Workaround for the same can be found here (https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/70771.html)
