Release Git Tags
The Xilinx Git repositories, U-Boot are tagged for the release with a tag of xilinx-v2019.2 and Linux with tag of xlnx_rebase_v4.19
FSBL
The First Stage Boot Loader (FSBL) used to generate the boot.bin file is based on the 2019.2 release of the Xilinx tools.
U-Boot
The release is based on a v2019.01 U-Boot created from the xilinx-v2019.2 tag.

Linux
The release is based on a 4.19 Linux kernel created from the xilinx-v2019.2 tag.

For Vivado 2019.2 please use new device-tree generator available in https://github.com/Xilinx/device-tree-xlnx repository.

1) extract the archive and copy BOOT.BIN, image.ub to the boot partition of SD card
