Using XSCT to create node RFDC node template with param-list:
The script here rfdc.tcl can be used in XSCT to input a HDF file, and create a RFDC template that will contain the param-list property. To use this launch XSCT and use the commands below:
- source rfdc.tcl
- generate_rfdc_node_template <path to hdf>.hdf
